Sometimes, or should I say most of the time, I tend to jump the gun and automatically assume the worst in situations that are presented. Worst case scenario, just and all around negative Nancy. Recently, I’ve noticed a difference in how I handle situations and I must say I’m impressed. Ever since I’ve started incorporating positive affirmations in my life and working for things as if I already have them, I know there’s a reason for everything. We may not understand what and why in the world these things happen to us, but I can reassure you, God put that obstacle in your life for a reason. Or is it even an obstacle? Sometimes, these “obstacles” are meant to be blessings in disguise. I’m a firm believer in anything is possible.
Setting goals for yourself is super beneficial for me. Short-term goals and long-term goals. Goal setting anywhere from how much water you want to intake daily to financial goals. It gives me something to work towards.
If you have a goal you want to accomplish but you keep putting it off day after day after day, then you need to stop. You’re only hurting yourself. Would you rather live life wondering what if? Or would you rather take the leap of faith and go after what you want, whether you succeed or fail, you never give up. You succeed? Great, keep pushing. If you fail, dust your knees, stand up and come back even harder. Remember, anything is possible. How bad do you want it?
